OLIVE OIL & HONEY FACE MASK FOR GLOWING SKIN

Great for hydration, soothing, and anti-aging.

Ingredients:

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp raw honey

Optional: a few drops of lemon juice (for oily or dull skin)

How to use:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Apply to clean skin and leave for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

CITRUS & YOGHURT BRIGHTENING MASK FOR DULL SKIN

Gently exfoliates and brightens complexion.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tsp orange zest

1 tsp fresh orange juice

How to use:

  1. Mix and apply to clean face.

  2. Leave for 10 minutes, rinse, and moisturise.

GREEK YOGHURT & OATMEAL SOOTHING MASK

Soothes irritation, redness, and sun exposure.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp plain full-fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp finely ground oats

1 tsp chamomile tea (cooled)

How to use:

  1. Mix everything into a smooth paste.

  2. Apply a thick layer to the face and relax for 15 minutes.

  3. Rinse off with cool water.

LEMON & OLIVE OIL NAIL STRENTHENER

Strengthens nails and brightens yellowing.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil

5 drops fresh lemon juice

How to use:

  1. Warm slightly and massage into nails and cuticles.

  2. Leave on for at least 15 minutes or overnight with cotton gloves.

ROSEMARY HAIR RINSE FOR HAIR GROWTH & SHINE

Stimulates the scalp and enhances shine.

Ingredients:

1 handful fresh rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried)

2 cups water

How to use:

  1. Boil the rosemary in water for 10–15 minutes, then let cool.

  2. Strain and pour over your hair after shampooing.

  3. Leave on or rinse out after a few minutes.

SEA SALT & OLIVE OIL BODY SCRUB

Anti-cellulite and smoothing. Exfoliates, improves circulation, and hydrates.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp fine sea salt

2 tbsp olive oil

How to use:

  1. Mix into a paste.

  2. Massage onto damp skin in circular motions, especially thighs, arms, and back.

  3. Rinse off in the shower.

ROSE WATER FACIAL TONER

Tones, hydrates, and balances the skin’s pH.

This one is easy as you can purchase good quality (preferably organic) rose water in a glass bottle. Do not use imitation rose water in plastic bottles.

How to use:

  1. Store in a glass spray bottle.

  2. Spritz on face after cleansing or throughout the day to freshen up or cool down.
